Alex oversees the systems and strategies that ensure families receive the highest level of support. He manages operations, tutor recruitment and training, business growth, as well as working closely with parents to understand their child’s goals and provide clear, transparent guidance. 

His priority is simple: to make sure every student achieves results while feeling fully supported throughout their journey.

With over a decade of experience in education, Alex has taught students worldwide, and guided tutors, schools and families in adopting effective learning strategies. His unique background, spanning both teaching and business development, allows him to combine academic expertise with the operational excellence required to deliver results.

Leading Tuition was founded by Arun, who studied Engineering at the University of Oxford. During his time there, he discovered a passion for tutoring and saw first-hand how the right support could transform a student’s confidence and achievement.

Driven by this experience, Arun set out to make top-quality education accessible to more families. His vision and dedication have shaped Leading Tuition into what it is today: a trusted partner known for excellence, care, and results.
